Ingredients
1 oz. unsalted almonds & dried cranberries
2 oz. peanut butter
1/2 pita pocket
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
6 black olives
2 slices lean turkey
2 tbsp feta cheese
2 graham crackers
Preparation
Place almonds and cranberries in Side Car #1.
Place peanut butter in Side Car #2.
Stuff pita pocket with spinach, olives, turkey & feta. Place in Sandwich Vault along with 2 graham crackers.
Enjoy almonds & cranberries as a mid-morning snack for an instant pick-me-up. Treat yourself to a Greek pita sandwich for lunch and the graham crackers and peanut butter at mid-afternoon. You might even have the energy to hit the gym after work!
