Join the club but skip the bread with our healthy salad version.

Ingredients

Salad
2 vine ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 cups finely shredded romaine lettuce
1 cup watercress, coarse stems discarded and sprigs washed
4 strips cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup cubed, cooked chicken breast
4 tbsp. low fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Dressing
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. bottled chili sauce
1/2 tsp. dried basil

Preparation

1. Place chopped tomatoes in the bottom of the Salad Shaker. Top with romaine lettuce and watercress, then add chicken, bacon and top with cheddar cheese.

2. In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and Dijon mustard. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified. Whisk in chili sauce and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the dressing compartment of the Salad Shaker.

3. To serve, pour dressing over salad and toss well.
