Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1 golden delicious apple peeled and diced
2 tablespoons golden raisins
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 large whole wheat tortillas

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly, except tortillas. Lay tortillas on a counter top and divide mixture among the four, roll up and pop one in your Lunch on the Go container. Add snacks in the side cars - try carrot sticks or raisins for a healthy treat. Refrigerate remaining wraps until needed.
